I now have a book out entitled AUDLEY ENOUGH, describing my journey through life where I had to face many challenges associated with racism and socioeconomic divide. Although the book recounts my life, it focuses more on my disorder and how I learned to cope with it, and hopefully show people how to cope with theirs.

Once again it has been a productive summer. In August I attended the IDEA fitness conference in L.A. for some more training, to bring back to you some of the latest in fitness.
